Account and contact information: When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. This is used for account creation, appointment notifications, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.
Home and service information: We collect your service address and home details (approximate square footage, number of bedrooms) to schedule your cleaning, calculate pricing, and route our cleaners.
Payment information: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store any credit card, debit card, or digital wallet details on our systems. Your saved payment methods are held securely within Stripe's platform. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and Link.
Communications: If you contact us or communicate through Slack (used for coordination between you, your cleaner, and our team), we may retain records of that communication. Personal details are not shared within Slack beyond what is necessary for service coordination.
Feedback: Reviews and feedback you submit become the property of Dust Whisperers and may be shared with our cleaning staff for quality and training purposes.
Technical and usage data: We collect IP addresses as part of standard system logging. We also collect anonymized, non-identifiable behavioral analytics about how users interact with features on our site. This data cannot be traced back to any individual and is used solely to improve site experience and retention.
