By creating an account or booking a service with Dust Whisperers LLC ("Dust Whisperers," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You will be required to affirmatively accept these terms upon account registration. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms may be updated at any time; registered users will be notified and must re-acknowledge before booking again.
Dust Whisperers provides residential cleaning services in North Dallas, Texas, bookable via our online platform or by phone. We offer one-time and recurring subscription cleaning plans. Pricing is based on information provided by the customer at the time of booking, including home address, estimated square footage, number of bedrooms, and other relevant home details.
Bookings may be made online or arranged by phone. By completing a booking, you authorize Dust Whisperers to charge your selected payment method for the agreed service fee. One-time appointments are charged at the time of booking. For recurring subscription customers who save a payment method, your card will be automatically charged 24 hours prior to each scheduled appointment.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Affirm, and Klarna. We do not accept bank account (ACH) payments.
- ◆Full refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- ◆Partial refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund only.
- ◆No-shows / access issues: If our cleaner cannot access your home at the scheduled time, the full appointment fee will be retained.
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion by contacting admin@dustwhisperers.com. We will dispatch a cleaner to return and address your concerns within 48 hours at no additional charge. Dissatisfaction reported after the 24-hour window is not eligible for a re-clean or refund.
Any feedback, ratings, or reviews you submit become the property of Dust Whisperers and may be used at our discretion, including being shared with cleaning staff for quality improvement. We are not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of reviews left by individuals not associated with the ownership of Dust Whisperers. Exercise your own judgment when reading user-generated content.
All content on this website — including the Dust Whisperers name, logo, branding, service processes, written materials, and platform design — is the exclusive property of Dust Whisperers LLC and is protected by applicable United States copyright and intellectual property law. No portion of our platform or content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- ◆Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our platform or service model for commercial use without written authorization
- ◆Attempt to harvest personal information of customers or cleaning staff
- ◆Spam, overload, or perform any denial-of-service activity against our systems
- ◆Create more than one account per person to exploit promotional codes, referral programs, or loyalty rewards
- ◆Use our platform for any purpose unlawful under federal law or the laws of the State of Texas
- ◆Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice and may be referred to appropriate authorities.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, immediately and without prior notice. Previously collected fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dust Whisperers disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services, including technical errors, scheduling inaccuracies, pricing discrepancies, or service interruptions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Dust Whisperers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, acts of government, labor disputes, or utility failures. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service at the earliest available opportunity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Registered account holders will be notified of any changes and will be required to acknowledge the updated terms before placing their next booking. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
